I had doubts at first, but then i found a 15 minute workout on youtube for these things and wow! that 15 minutes with these makes my heart race and makes me sweat just like a good 45 minute aerobics jam. good stuff! i highly recommend but keep in mind this is not a daily thing, this is muscle building and should only be done a few times a week. give your muscles a day off after you do it. im doing it twice a week so far and no soreness yet. woohoo

These are obviously not going to be the same as using actual ropes, BUT it is a great alternative for working out at home. Using these was a little akward at first, but once you get the rhythm it provides a good workout ( after 10 minutes my arms were feeling the burn ).. The only issues I really had was one of the end caps was a little loose ( tightened it up and good to go )

I was really excited to try these ropeless battle ropes as a convenient alternative for home workouts, but this product fell far below expectations. First, the design feels awkward and doesn’t replicate the motion or intensity of real battle ropes — it’s just not nearly as effective for cardio or strength work as advertised. The weighted ends barely give resistance and you don’t feel a proper workout unless you use them in a very limited way. Secondly, the quality feels cheap, and parts like the end caps and springs can come loose or feel insecure during use. I was expecting something solid for the price, but it honestly feels like a gimmick rather than legitimate training equipment. Finally, there aren’t real instructions or workout guidance included, so you’re left guessing how to use them correctly. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend these if you’re serious about battle rope training — they’re overpriced for what you get and don’t deliver on their claims.

Wasn’t sure about them the first time I used them. They seemed really stiff. After a couple of times using them, I got used to it. My arms were sore the next day after the first time using them.
