The assembly is quite simple, 5 min and plug it in, it's ready to go. The keys are plastic but not the cheap type, regular size, the press is crisp, and it even came with stickers of notes for the little one to learn. It can also be connected with aux and act as a soundbar, but we mostly use it as a kid's piano of course. Our little likes playing it, though just pressing the keys randomly for now. It's a good first step for a long journey into music, and this piano is making it easier.

My toddler absolutely loves playing with it, and I’m impressed by the realistic sound and solid wooden build. Worried a floor kids piano would overwhelm our small playroom? This upright is genius! Same footprint as a chair but delivers rich sound. The wood piano construction prevents tipping (tested by my wild 5yo!). Only downside: no volume control (neighbors might hear ‘Twinkle Twinkle’ 50x daily). Still, the best kids toy purchase this year
