This scooter is amazing. I no longer have to use a wheelchair for travel: I’m able to zoom through the airport in my TopMate and fold it up right as I get on the plane. I’ve flown with it on over a dozen flights now, including in US, UK, and Canada. It’s stable, easy to steer, and easy to fold and unfold. Accelerator is well designed so I can go slowly or quickly any time. Battery life is great - if I’m going on a short trip like 2 or 3 days, I don’t bring the charger. They were also very responsive and kind to me when I damaged a part and asked for help. I highly recommend getting a TopMate es33.

The es33 mobility scooter is an excellent product. Solid construction and built well. It is lightweight and folds easily. It should have been shipped free under Amazon Prime rather than charging me $50 for shipping.

The trike itself is great. Did come with a cracked rear fender on the one side. The distributor never got back to us about the damage or I would given 5 stars. Had no problem taking it on the air plane and checking it at the gate once the battery was removed. Great battery life and good power. Seat could be a little wider as it is a little uncomfortable after riding for a long period of time.

I got this for an eighty-something-year-old relative who saw one at a seniors event. Smaller and lighter than a regular mobility scooter, this has been helpful for him cruising around car shows and the like. He has neuropathy in his feet, so it's hard for him to walk for very long. He likes it and has used it a few times now. Being three-wheeled, I would be cautious letting someone with bad balance use it, because on a sideways incline, it would be possible to tip it over. The rear wheels are not very far apart.

Very dangerous bike! Can fold in on itself, just from you tapping the brake. If this was made in the U.S.A. there would be a recall on day one. It would be infinitely safer if it didn't fold. Major design flaw. It needs a bolt to lock it in place, it pretty much is like a paperclip mechanism that folds it.

I purchased this a used, refurbished item and was delivered in what looked like new condition. Very easy to set up, and after charging, works as described. A few things to note, the front wheel is powered but the rear wheels are not, so acceleration feels more like a pull instead of a push. If traction is low on the front tire, you will move very slowly or spin the wheels. Since this is 3 wheels, it can be unstable on very sharp and fast turns, so it will take some practice to be proficient on turns. The good thing is the seat height is not tall so its easy to put your feet down. The ride comfort and good and the tires are not hard like roller blade wheels but not soft like offroad oriented scooters with larger tires. The scooter seems to excel on paved surfaces and can take on moderate slopes but you will see a slight decrease in power. I like that there are 3 different modes that regulate speed so you can use this like a regular scooter and the mid to higher levels and a mobility scooter at the lowest level, however, if using as a mobility scooter, I would not recommend for people with balance issues (see comment on turning above). Scooter folds easily and battery can be swapped out for increased range. The display panel is very basic but functional. Brakes are only on the front wheel so keep that in mind when operating. The scooter folds easily and compactly, and can roll when folded instead of having to be carried. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and would definitely but again.

Love it so far! Haven’t had a chance to use it much but I can say I was worried about balance on it since I’m 84 years old and balance is an issue for me. I can say I’ve ridden over rough pavement and around the neighborhood and I have no issues with the balance. Looking forward to using it on trips and a little nervous about taking it on planes so we’ll see how it all works out. Maneuverability is great though.
