Arrived 5 days ahead of schedule. Easy to assemble with basic mechanical skill. All tools included with clear instructions. It exceeded my expectations. I rode it on pavement, grass, dirt and gravel in 2nd gear and 3rd. It handled everything well. The engineering and design is ingenious, it folds and unfolds in seconds. There is more than enough power and I found it extremely stable. It can feel a bit tippy at first, but that feeling is gone after a few minutes of use. I found the front tire was too low. I pumped it up and it held fine. It took every hill and incline I could find. I like 2nd gear. 1st is way too slow and 3rd is wind in your face fast. I bought this because of it's 35lbs weight. I don't intend to fly with it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy the ES33 or ES35 models if air travel was an issue. This scooter does all it says it'll do and does it better than I expected.

I had this for a year and as I was plugging it in the charger, I got a shock and black all over my finger. I will had to throw this expensive tricycle away as I was so scared of electric shock. It also doesn’t stay locked when folded up. So iff you are carrying it up and down stairs, it will not stay folded. It will open up and require 2 people to carry it up and down. The ride is nice but with these two features, I’m afraid it’s dangerous

I got it for a trip to hawaii because I cant be on my feet too long and I knew there would be lots of walking. Easy flight on AAirlines. The scooter folds easily but omes a loose each time making it easy for the airline luggage guys to break it..or think its a toy…i saw a few try to play on it during transit as i watched out the window!!! I got tons and tons of compliments on the scooter. It was like something they had not seen before as a mobility device! They loved it! I totally enjoyed the trike! After too long ur butt will be on fire from the seat though. On fire!!!!!! Whew that was horrible. I spent about 5 days in Hawaii and the brake broke totally apart from the wheel and couldnt be fixed so i had to stop it with my feet like i was fred flintstone which was totally inconvenient being im almost disabled and cant be using my feet to stop a scooter! The battery life was amazing i really didnt have to charge it but once my whole trip but i would also turn it off when i was sitting idle. Easy to get into and out of elevators. I drove it into convenience stores and restaurants easily! Ramps u have to place it i to high speed and then take off and not stop when ur trying to ramp a hill. I zipped through the airport with ease and made walkers jealous though!🤣 high speed isn’t recommended because it feels like the scooter isn’t stable and will flip over at high speeds. I wouldn’t want my eldery mother using this scooter but its ok for some one younger like me in their 40’s who needs a little help with mobility. Overall i give it a great grade but now its got broken brakes that i have no way of fixing at this time. Needs a better warranty. Broken brakes is half the scooter dead. The braking system was iffy from the beginning because when u apply the brakes the scooter still would slide and not completely stop.

5/2026 Update referring to flying with the scooter regulations : after recently flying with the scooter and having a lot of problems with the airline including delays, I came to the conclusion that I will need to buy the new model ES35 that has option to separate the battery !! I have now been using the scooter for 6 months and it's worked very well for my need, where I can't really walk long distances. I'm writing the review after I took it with me on a plane for a vacation where I used it everyday to tour around the area and explore things I would have never done before I had it. The battery is sufficient and the gear has three levels, which I used the first (very slow) and the second (good speed and sufficient power for uphill), the third gear is very fast and doesn't feel safe using it. I have used it plenty of times indoor around warehouses or restaurants and it's footprint wasn't a problem. The reverse gear option is useful I have used it to go in and out of elevators. Things I didn't like: I am 6 ft and the distance between my knee to the steering is very short and when turning it does a bit touch my knee. The paddles to put the legs on are very short, could be more sturdy. I already had one flat tire on the front wheel, which I needed to fix. When the scooter is at close position it easily opens unintentionally. Overall this is a good scooter that allows me to travel and reach distances I never thought I would again reach.

I did not realize that there was so much assembly to be done on this item. We took a long time getting it together. It is a bit heavy and cumbersome to move around when connecting things. Before we finished connecting the fancy plugs etc, I just pushed my husband around the clean garage floor and he knew right away that it was going to be too tippy for him. He has good balance and he said he could put his feet down but felt it was an accident that just might happen if he went on a sidewalk or something that had bumps like a driveway. We took it all apart and boxed it back up. for return. Maybe good for a teen but not an adult. My husband is only 180 lbs and 5"10" so he is not a big guy. Rethink that purchase of this. It is a good concept, would be great if this was a 4 wheeler instead of 3 wheels.

It's a conversation starter for sure, everyone that sees it ask where can they get one and taking pictures of it, it's very helpful for mobility since i have bad knees and a back pain problem, highly recommend this one! Only one draw back, it's not airline approved

I did get a well-packed large box on my porch today (on time). I was able to open the package, read the very brief 4 page manual, watched the suggested video for "assembly." I was stumped at installing the provided seat, the video made it look easy but it was not trivial (needed 3 hands to hold the 2 metal pieces over the seat rail and then screw into the frame. Also, I put the real axle backwards in error (switched L to right, see photo)) as there was no clear guidance as which side is which. I was able to easily screw on the handle bar. The batttery came partly charged so I plugged in for 2 hours to reach 100%. I need to finish the seat and reverse the axle before I can take it for a ride. The point is that there is some assembly involved before you can ride this trike (not rocket science but beware)....will re-post after I complete assembly and test ride... Update: I was able to figure out how to install the seat; there are 2 metal squares identical looking that go on either side of the seat rails; there are 2 hex screws that attach the frame (seat post), go thru the 2 seemingly identical metal squares to hold the seat in place; the trick is that the holes in the 2 squares are NOT identical, the one with the larger hole needs to be on the bottom and the top one is the one that has threads for the screw! it only works if you know this! I easily reversed the axle to be in correct position. Also, I took the unit to a local bike repair shop and they easily moved the throttle unit (along with the round LCD screen and lock which are linked to the throttle) from the right handle to the left handle; but, the configuration is that the screen and key will be "upside down" but fully functional! this literally took 10 mins by simply loosening the hex screw holding the throttle (the wires did not require any modifications, etc). Of course, this is only for anyone rare who requires the throttle to be operated from the left handlebar; the front brake is already on the left side! Now time to practice taking it for a ride! More to follow! Update: took the scooter for a 5 mile ride around a lake, on a variety of terrains from uneven sidewalk curbs, to cobble-stony patch of road, over grass both up and down hill, and an incline of 5-10 degrees; I ad the switch on speed level 2 most of the time; unit worked great! need to be alert, have enough core strength of trunk muscles to sit on a bike seat....the 5 mile ride took the battery from a 5 down to a 3 (I'm 170#, 5'8"); seat appears cushy enough at present; the minor headache is the unit doesn't stay folded, so having to use a strap (a dog collar) to keep it folded; also, the foot pegs are quite small (may be issue for some); will keep testing and pushing the limits. Update: so have taken the scooter out 3 separate times after fully charging the battery (to a level 5 on screen), trying to test the limits. First was a 5 miler (dropped to a 3/5), then a 3 miler (stayed on 3/5), then a 3 miler yesterday and the battery started at a 2, then 1 and pretty quickly dropped to a zero and quit! I was a few blocks from home so not the end of the world as I wanted to know performance with me on the bike (170#), the power switch set on level 2, and the terrain was fairly flat and paved with occassional forays over grassy fields. Conclusion: range of 11 miles total, and indicator at 1/5 means you have <1 mile range left! Then to fully charge took about 4 hours (not bad). The overall performance and stability is excellent, the seat comfort is fair. Would I like the range to be 20 miles, of course! Next adventure is attempting to take on commercial flight!

Received a used scooter instead of a new scooter. Scooter stopped working the very first day I used it. I had to take an uber back home. Seller offered to send a replacement part to fix the issue. I agreed because the scooter is too heavy for me to pack up and return. The replacement part sent to me was old, used and It not meant for this model scooter, but for an older version of the scooter (see pic). And to add to that, the replacement part sent to me didn't fix the issue. The seller who is also the manufacturer and covers the warranty (the scooter comes with a 1 year warranty) admitted that the incorrect replacement part was sent to me. I was supposed to receive the scooter "controller", which essentially is an electrical wiring box. The issue with the scooter is that the battery is fully charged, it powers on, but doesn't move. Too many errors with this order. Amazon went ahead and issued me a full refund. Plus the warranty contact stopped responding to my inquiries. Would only recommend you getting this if it's free. I can see how this can become a money guzzler. It was fun to ride for the 2 hours it worked. I'm 4'10 and tiny and this is the perfect size for me. This is the size of a kid's bike. If you're on the taller side or a little fluffy, I can see how this could be a very unstable ride.
