This has helped him tremendously! He says it helps his brain get quiet and stay quiet. He also gets very hot at night and this fabric keeps him feeling cool throughout the night. I’ve developed anxiety and had trouble sleeping. On average my sleep ranged from 3 hours sleep to 6 hours of sleep per night. At times I would fall asleep and wake up for several hours before going back to sleep. The first night I had my weighted blanket, I slept for 7 hours straight. The second night was 8 hours. My sleep has improved and I feel much better. For reference, I am 5’5. & weight between 190-200lbs. I went and purchased the blanket according to the recommended weight of the blanket . I have the 20 pound (60”x 80”). The material is of good quality and I love my blanket.

This weighted blanket is such a good quality. Homemade and the weighted beads are in individual squares so that they don’t all go to one side while sleeping. It doesn’t make me too hot and hold up well in the washer. I’ve already bought two more.

The blanket is... fine. The negatives ive found are: the advertised color was "dark grey" but the actual product is more of a muted blue. That was the biggest disappointment as it doesn't match my set. The other disappointing thing is that the beads are very very small compared to more expensive blankets and the cells are quite large. This means the beads pile up a lot more and make the distribution very uneven.
