We ordered the matte black backed barstools. We received the wood topped stools with no backs. We didn't know this until we unpackaged everything. I of course get on amazon to get things in order. I give my explanation for return, annoyed I have to package everything back up and drive 30 minutes to our nearest drop off. Then when I get there, I find out that the seller is expecting US to pay shipping for THEIR mistake. I am extremely frustrated. We were expecting to have these before out halloween party and of course we will not. Came faster than expected. Packaging was great. No damage to any of the stools. I noticed others said they were damaged, if they are I would suspect the delivery company. Sadly disappointed once the chairs arrived, there were knicks on a few spots and very worn distressing where they had been stacked on one another. Most frustrating was purchasing “bronze” and they are not bronze at all. More of a taupe-grey color. Will be returning. Update: contacted seller for requested return. One of the chairs had a leg smaller then the other. Instead of having to send the whole thing back we just put a pad under the leg. The stools look like little kids chairs to be honest. The seat area is tiny and I know they gave the dimensions but really didn't pay attention.. I don't hate them...because its mostly kids at the breakfast bar but I don't love them. Will probably look for something else and find a place for these guys down the road. ... show more

I was a little hesitant about buying these stools but I'm so glad I took the risk. They are made out of a strong metal not that cheap stuff.
