I purchased for $1300 and it is a beast! 6000W = 8HP on an electric dual motor scooter is very very fast. It is well designed with a sturdy carbon steel construction construction. The online support via the 518 area code number is very responsive and they have access to technical support when needed. I needed a battery replacement out of the box and it was delivered within two weeks. I'm 62-6'3"-199 and I'm enjoying my new electric toy. I also own an Actbest AT01 Pioneer e-bike, an iScooter F7 e-scooter with seat, and a Segway Ninebot E2 Pro ekickscooter. Feb 27 2026 update: the scooter is functioning wonderfully. I am very disappointed that my scooter frame is bent when we just put it together when it arrived January 21, 2026. Especially since this was a birthday gift for my son and the price I paid for this along with shipping.

    • Does not have a functional back fender

The media could not be loaded. 4.5.. It is a sturdy build scooter, powerful and fast, but nothing is perfect. The very worst of it is that it doesn’t have a functional mud guard or back fender, so if it’s wet, your back, your pants, your helmet will be completely wet and dirty.. I have not been able to find a proper third party fender and the company for this scooter has not given interest in finding a solution for me. It is very heavy.. so make sure you don’t need to climb stairs, otherwise you won’t have any trouble. Battery life is very good, no complains.. great suspension as well.. ... show more

I bought this scooter for my son and it has been a nightmare. We starting having issues with the scooter after about one month. First, the display stopped working. They shipped a new one and that worked. A few months later the scooter stopped working again, they shipped another display, that didn't fix the issue, then they sent a new controller, that fixed the issue. I had to perform a lot of wiring. A few months passed and the scooter stopped again. They sent another new display, controller, and wiring harness. The scooter still doesn't work. The company asked me to purchase tools to test the battery and see if I could diagnose the problem. I said no. The scooter is less than a year old and under warranty. I asked for a replacement or a refund. If they replaced it I would send the old one back or a refund they could just send me a box and I would send the old one back. They refused. Offer me a $100 refund and insisted I buy tools to diagnose the problem. They did offer for me to ship the scooter back, they would fix it, and send it back, but they will not send me a box to ship it. Apparently they don't have boxes in the warehouse. The scooter still sits in the garage not functioning. The customer service has been awful. The scooter has been broken more than it has worked. I have the entire email chain to share with anyone and you can decide for yourself if you think they have honored the warranty. Since we have bought a new GoKeep F5 scooter and it rocks!
