This unit is difficult to handle, even on pavement, it is poorly designed to meet the needs of someone with mobility issues. (It should have rear wheel drive, it looses traction easily, sits to high for the footprint and speed it has) If you have no medical issues then maybe. I purchased this because I had to have foot surgery x 2 and wanted to still walk my dogs and get around. I like the appearance of the scooter and it folds quickly and easily. It is a little heavy for me but my son usually puts it in the SUV for me. The issues I have with the scooter is the seat is not very comfortable at all for short distances less along long distances. I am going to purchase a seat cushion for that issue. However, the other issue is that it does not have good traction when going up hill since it has front wheel drive and not back wheel drive. It works for me because I only have a foot issue but someone with serious medical conditions should not purchase this for mobility. ... show more

    • Great little lightweight scooter
This scooter is well built, very compact when folded and lite weight. I took it to the mall for my first trial and it worked great. It fit in the back of our SUV easily. I would recommend it.
