I ordered two of these for my twins. We pretty much have our entire living room fenced off. We even purchased a door that goes to this fence, so it will be easy to get in and out. These gates are great. We bought one years ago for our toddler and fast forward many years later we bought another one for our grandchild. It is so handy and sturdy, we have used it in all different shape configurations. Whatever space you have you can arrange it to fit. We have used it to corral the kiddo and arranged it in a way to corral our puppy to have free run in the kitchen without escaping. Very sturdy plastic, the original gate comes with 6 panels and the extensions are 2 panels each. For the most part easy to use. The attaching and detaching of the panels is a little cumbersome until you get the hang of it, but I still give it 5-stars. We have used this both in indoors and outdoors and it's super easy to hose off for a quick clean. Comes with a snap on handle for carrying and it is fairly easy to store when not in use. I needed to get a baby gate that was just the right height and width with flexibility and attachments for the wall. The area where my TV is is not symmetrical so I needed something that could be adjusted to an odd shaped space. This product met all my standards. My toddler is almost 2 and loves to stand right in front of the TV and smack it. After trying to pile toys in front of it to no avail I finally caved and purchased this. I installed it same day, installation was very easy you will need a drill for the holes and all you have to do is screw the nails in (8 all together). You can remove the gate from the wall attachments very easily and the gate comes apart at the hinges or if you have too many you remove them down to size. My toddler can no longer bang on the TV and so far no issues with it. He's tried to shake it and it's not budging. I'm very happy with my purchase. ... show more

    • Measurements are wrong, otherwise a good gate
I like the gate but the measurements in the description are wrong. It says each label is 32" and there are 6 of them. That means if it goes straight across its a max of 192", compared to the description which says it will cover a space of 200+". This description also says you can add a 2 panel extension but when I check this model # on the toddleroo website, it clearly says there are no extenders for this model. I have to return it because it's too small for our space I'm going with an 8panel model that has a door I agree with what others have said - it is wobbly if not in a circle and will need to be against something for support, but that's to be expected ... show more

This is a great item, it's very durable and easy to use you don't have to only use it with the wall mounts you can actually use it without. I like that you can fold it up and set it to the side of the room and it doesn't take up much space at all when you are not using it!

So overall this does what I needed it to. I was looking for something that would attach to a wall and be movable. I have these tricky stairs I was trying to block my toddler off from. The pros for this unit is it comes with two optional hinges. They screw onto the wall. Please note that only one of the hinges swings freely, as you would expect a hinge to operate. The other is stationary. I didn't realize this when I ordered it and it took me a while to figure out what was going on when I installed the first part of it to my wall. I found the setup to be a little bit difficult, but I never bothered to read the directions, and I was completely exhausted from moving into a new house. So my troubles with setup could have been user error and it may be easier for most people. I find the connected panels very difficult to turn and position in the right angle. There is this spring loaded corner that you push down on and the unit is supposed to turn. Once in a while it swings and moves easily, but most of the time, in my experience I can't get the unit to skip passed these notches that lock the corners in place. Don't expect to change the shape of it very easily while juggling a toddler. The hinge that swings freely feels rather flimsy. I set this side up with a single panel at the top of the stairs. I lock it to the banister with a ratchet strap to keep little one from opening and closing it. It works pretty well. If my son starts aggressively trying to get down the stairs for some reason, I'm fully expecting this hinge to break. The box says its for ages up to two years old. I'm guessing that and the unit's rather short height are the reason for this. I like this product well, enough, that I may purchase an additional hinge set to block off the stairs in the playroom in the basement. I still have two panels left from my project. However, I may opt to purchase something more sturdy, if I can find something long enough for this spot. ... show more

We bought this for our new puppy. It is a good weight and sturdy in construction. It is a little difficult to bend at the joints, but once you use it, you know it can't be moved or knocked down easily at all. The large size was surprising and great! Don't hesitate in buying it.
