Looks goof and works great. Various levels of darkness. Large slices of bread fit perfectly. When we started looking I didn't think about the length of the slot and the larger slices didn't fit. Turned out our bread was too wide. Slot was made mostly for square sandwich size slices. This one fits our large loaves and toasts beautifully. Great thing it i comes in a variety of colors to fir into any kitched. So far I’m giving this toaster 5 stars. I had a toaster that lasted at least 20 years, took it when my mother passed away. Pitched it when it was still working because I wanted wider slots for bagels. Bought Black and Decker returned after 2 days complete flop. Next cuisinart used it for two years, but it never really worked. Only toasted one side and ended up toasting not enough or too much. Only used my new one 1time and a huge difference, toasted perfectly and it looks great on my counter. I picked the black one and love it. The cuisinart shorted out and is in the trash.
