I know some people commented on the adhesion not working well, and I’m not sure what surfaces they were trying to get it to stick to, but it worked perfectly on my wooden shelves! I am so happy with how my kitchen cabinet shelves look now! It’s a huge improvement! Boy this was tricky to put on at first, but as I went I got the hang of it. Looks nice but only on surfaces you do not use! This stuff is very thin, the tiniest surface anomaly shows through (its practically see through as well), and it tears so easily. Bought this to do surfaces in a craft room on shelves that are rarely used. It's been down two weeks and is already ruined around all the edges (I uploaded three photos then stopped because you get the idea). Could be great for some applications, but not for this. ... show more

I wanted to like this. I read the reviews and they were so positive. The liner itself is okay. If you know how to install adhesive shelf liner, then it's a breeze. What I am most disappointed about is that this marks VERY EASILY. I gently smoothed it out and my wedding ring brushed across it lightly and left a huge mark that would not come out. I've used adhesive shelf liner many times and I never had this experience. Cheap. You get what you pay for. ... show more

I loved the first roll(top) but needed more. I went to my order and picked buy more. The second roll is the bottom one.😕 No time to return it so I made do. It is easy to apply and easy to clean, so it would have got 5 stars.

Used this in a pantry, wasn't expecting it to be amazing, but was expecting better. I followed all of the directions to put it on, washed surface well, let dry, right temp room, it's just not sticky and it's peeling at the edges after a few hours. Purchased to use on the inner walls of a custom built closet and the homeowner was extremely pleased. The adhesive backing holds very well, but is also forgiving enough to pull up and re-apply if you aren't properly aligned.

While the print and colors of this liner are beautiful, this liner would not stick!!! I had lined one of my shelves with some leftover Macbeth Collection brand liner I had and it worked fine but I wanted a different design. I tried this one and it wouldn’t stick no matter what I did I know it’s the liner because l had no problem with the other brand (at the same price point). Save your time and money! Disappointed. The coating was thin and would not adhere, especially around the edges. I was covering some small shipping boxes from Amazon, normal brown cardboard. Ended up having to use glue and a stapler to securely attach. Not "your mother's old Contact paper " that's for sure.
