Features
- TWO KNIVES LARGE AND SMALL OYSTERS: The signature blade has flex for thin East Coast shells. The professional blade is thicker with less flex for Gulf oysters that need leverage
- BENT TIP SEATS IN THE HINGE: Both blades are angled to sit in the hinge and turn from there, rather than skating across the shell toward the hand holding it
- THE CLOTH REPLACES A GLOVE: Cut resistant fabric goes between the blade and your palm, with no sizing, no left and right and no shell grit trapped against skin
- HANDLES SHAPED FOR WET HANDS: Non-slip contoured grips on both knives keep your hand set through the pop and twist of each shell, from the first oyster to the last
- A KIT THAT SURVIVES A ROAST: Made to be durable, stainless steel blades and a machine washable cloth. Every order funds oyster bed restoration along the American coast

After becoming an oyster snob the last few years and purchasing several shucking knives, this set by far is the best I have ever used! Strong materials! Excellent grip! The heavy tip makes popping the hinge easy and fast. The cloth is fantastic. Holds oyster well and cleans easy so you don’t waste dish towels. I will be looking into more products from this company. Great looking set.

I was never an oyster lover because it took me forever to get the darn things opened. Not anymore. This set of oyster knives by Toadfish are Excellent. They are made very well and designed perfectly to open even the most stubborn oyster shells. The towel is exceptional. Helps to make you fearless of slipping. I am an oyster lover now. Highly recommend.

I bought this for my husband’s birthday and he loves it. He uses it at work every day. Comes with nice box that’s easy to wrap. He has been using this since February and apparently they are very durable. Decent size and pretty sharp. Overall good purchase and happy husband!

My husband loved these new oyster knives. He had an old set of dexter knives that were stolen while in a cooler on the back of his truck. I started looking around and found Toadfish. He LOVES them. They are uniquely identifiable compared to the old white ones. They are a comfortable fit in the hand. VERY SHARP and he loves the shucking cloth. So much nicer then the glove. And i love that it is machine washable! Oh, and we love that they have a hole on the end so we can tie or chain them all together when we aren't using them! Great overall purchase!

I love the product. I ordered for the first time fresh oysters from WA state. They were large oysters and hard to open. The oyster shucker set was sturdy, the handle ergonomic to allow flexibility in opening the shell. The cloth was nice to have to hold the oyster while opening the shell. Great bundle. Very pleased.

Hands down the best oyster knives that I've used! It's ergonomic handle design makes shucking easy on the hands. Additionally what makes this product so great, is that it's manufactured by a great company that's based in Charleston, South Carolina. This is a company that truly gives back! TOADFISH, at the time of this review has help to plant 85,674 of new oyster habitat. TOADFISH increases the habitat service area of oysters, provides habitat for oyster larvae, and protects oysters against storm surges. Not only are you buying in my opinion the best oyster knife that you'll ever use, you're also supporting TOADFISH to replant new oyster beds and help clean coastal waters with each product they sell.
