I just finished putting the set together. I am more than pleased with the purchase. My husband and I looked for sets for a month. We looked at high end, low end, wood, polywood, metal, glass and on and on. The problem is we didn’t “love” anything that wasn’t on back order for 3 months. So we opted for convenience, price and speed of delivery. Delivery was quick-ish. The table set comes in 3 boxes. The chairs arrived in 3 days! The table took over a week. The packing was better than expected, using foam, cardboard and bubble wrap to secure the parts. I noted only one area of shipping damage as the bubble wrap had ridden up in one spot and metal was rubbing (see picture). This however is totally fine. I plan to touch it up. The boxes were all easy enough for me to move without my husband. I put all of it together myself. I have average to above average skills with using tools. TIP: if you have access to power tools, USE THEM. We had a battery powered drill w screwdriver & ratchet. This helped immensely as did a hand socket wrench. It took about 20 minutes to find/size out the tools needed. Then husband left because I don’t need a supervisor, and I began. I read the directions and separated ALL of the parts/hardware. The first chair took me about 30 minutes, each chair after about 20 minutes. I had no issues with holes not lined up etc. everything went together perfectly. The table took me about an hour, was a little awkward with the legs. Again, following the directions, everything lined up perfectly. Only hardware issue was one fastener/Allen bolt didn’t have an opening for the Allen wrench, solid on both ends. Out of over a hundred pieces one minor issue. Had left overs of everything else (washers etc). Set up, assembly, clean up and this review took about 4 hours for one person. Note I did also put together an umbrella stand in that time too. The table surface is perfect, the chairs are sturdy! We love it. Not sure how it will weather. Hope this helps! ... show more

The package the table arrived in was damaged in shipping and the hardware for the table was missing when I received it. It took 2 attempts by the company to get the replacement hardware to me but it is together now and looks great. Good response by company for issue of missing hardware

This 5 piece set arrived in 3 boxes. Boxes were quite beat up, but product seemed to be okay. First of all, the instructions were terrible. Instructions showed the parts list and then a few very basic drawings. There were no words. There were no helpful hints such as does a particular assembly order work better. I put 2 chairs together first and it was miserable. There were uneven spots where the screws attach thus preventing them from sinking all the way. On two chairs screw holes were not machined properly and again a screw could not sink all the way. These chairs are rated to hold 350 pounds, but in my opinion, these deficiencies will significantly lower that rating. (See photos) This was day 1. On day 2, I put together the table which was relatively easy AFTER studying the items to understand the flow. Again the instructions were lacking. On day 3, I tackled the last 2 chairs. I decided to attach the seat bottom to the back first and loosely set the screws, then attach the arms. Once I got the 2 screws tightened on the back, I tightened all the other screws. This process seemed to work better, but was still a challenge and fitting things together was not a smooth process. I feel that this assembly is not for the inexperienced. ... show more

I'm actually very happy with this set. I put it in my list about a year ago but wasn't ready to spend the money. I really like the lotus design in the chairs and they are surprisingly comfortable! I'm a bigger woman so i needed something that would support my weight and provide a wide enough seat so i could be in them without the arms digging into my legs. Everything assembled really easy, there were no missing or damaged parts. I'm really excited to have my first bbq of the summer with this set. ... show more

I bought 6 sets of these for an HOA pool area. They are bronze with colorful umbrellas, and they look great! The chairs are very comfortable! Had a get-together there, a week after I got them and had no complaints about the chairs and at that timeframe, 59 people showed up! I hadn't had the cushions yet. ... show more

I rarely write a review. But this is such a scam I feel like I must. The chairs and table arrived. The quality is marginal at best. I then started to attempt to assemble this junk. It is next to impossible to assemble. I was able to tell during the time I was attempting to assemble how sorry the quality is. It would fall apart very quickly I have no doubt. I then attempted to return this garbage. They make it almost impossible to return. The normal Amazon return procedure is not the same. (Amazon typically makes it so easy to return anything I buy. I buy a lot on Amazon.) I will probably end up giving this away. This company does not want to help you. Please buy from another company. I will guarantee you will regret it if you buy this junk. ... show more
