Its extremely heavy duty and durable. 3. No dings or dents once I opened the box. 4. Came ready to use right out of the box. Cons: 1. There is no option to adjust the padding place for your feet. 2. Thing is awesome. I use it twice a week and to be honest the first 4-5 times using it kinda sucked but then the muscles just adapted and it just became part of the routine. I go for 20 reps for 3 sets and i do this when i am working back and chest and i have found this to work for me for the time needed between sets. It has also helped me with leg day. I only wish it was a little more compact like detachable horns or something.

The product arrived assembled! You can do unilateral or bilateral strengthening of the tib anterior with this machine. Nicely padded machine that is comfortable on the feet and various foot sizes (my whole family can use it.) The only complaint I have is the bottom is not quite level so there’s a little wobble with quicker movements. Does not bother me enough to remove a star. It helps to use it on rubber flooring. Fits plenty of plates on each side. My 25 pound Olympic plates fit without issue. I definitely feel the burn using this machine. Paid 200 dollars which I thought was fair. I have used it 2 times per week for the past couple months and I find it a valuable strengthening tool for a muscle that is often neglected.

This is a solid machine that does a great job working the tibialis anterior. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the bottom of the base is unprotected metal. When it got moved along the floor, it left scratches. I had to purchase stick-on pads and apply them. It would be better if the manufacturer did that.
