The product arrived assembled! You can do unilateral or bilateral strengthening of the tib anterior with this machine. Nicely padded machine that is comfortable on the feet and various foot sizes (my whole family can use it.) The only complaint I have is the bottom is not quite level so there’s a little wobble with quicker movements. Does not bother me enough to remove a star. It helps to use it on rubber flooring. Fits plenty of plates on each side. My 25 pound Olympic plates fit without issue. I definitely feel the burn using this machine. Paid 200 dollars which I thought was fair. I have used it 2 times per week for the past couple months and I find it a valuable strengthening tool for a muscle that is often neglected. ... show more

Pros: Well-made, smooth operationally, priced competitively, heavy. My 25s fit. Cons: Made in China. Range of motion not what I expected, but not a deal breaker. I didn't expect the foot plate to move when you lift up against the pad. This is different than putting your heals on a block and raising (dorsiflexion) your feet as your heels stay in place and do not move, but with the Titan machine your heals swing down as you raise your feet. You can take this machine through its range of motion by pushing down with your heels. ... show more

    • Can hold 45lb plates depending on machine height
Depending on how high you mount the machine you can load 45lb plates you will actually feel the muscle being work instead of those makeshift exercises that attempt to train the tibialis
