    • Very well made, however, be very careful using it,
It is very well made and strong, and I did enjoy using it with my therapist, however, I am quite elderly, approaching 90's, and he and I were too enthusiastic, since I was doing very well, and so we used it longer than we should have at my age. Sooo, if you are elderly, take it easy and do not over do! Start very slowly, only a few repititions, till you become accustomed to it. I am still recovering, and it has been over a week. The next couple of days, I could barely walk, and my lower back and right hip were extremely painful. Progress in recovering has been very slow, and only now am I able to bend over without pain, and it still is painful to sit for any period of time. My therepiast says it is only muscular pain, and so I am hoping that I will be pain free soon. I must say, I do not think I will use the machine again, but that doesn't mean it would not be very beneficial to other people since it works exactly as it is supposed to and is strong and sturdy. I just over did it, and have learned my lesson for someone my age! We both everestimated what I could do, since usually, I have no problems with stiffness after exercising. And I usually can do squats without any ill effects (without a machine!) So good luck, and again, the Titan is a good strong machine. ... show more
