  • Allows me to do front squats
Arrived FedEx in great condition. Manufacturing appears flawless. Has 3 bones removed from left wrist 20 years ago, only bends 45 degrees any which way. No pain and I'm front squaring 2/3rds my shoulder squat. One size fits all means I have to make significant backwards adjustments. I'm 5'7", 160lbs. I 'm on the smaller size for one size fits all. I have been barbell squatting 6 years. The bottom clears my thighs, but foot spread is almost twice my shoulder squat and Deadlift. Problem is the bar pulls the rack at least 1-inch away from my chest. First time with 150lbs I nearly fell backwards compensating. On the fifth rep I start to loose it forward. If I find the right size fence I may use it as leverage to tighten the two back shoulder ribs. Regardless really will work quads once I get basic tech down. ... show more

  • Shipping Woes but Good Product
Unable to upload photos but here is a written narrative.....I ordered the Titan Front Squat Harness and it took a bit long to get to me. When I did finally receive it the box was damaged and retaped. After opening up, the hardware was missing and the foam padding was coming off the harness, with plastic wrapping stuck to the sticky part of the pad. Repacking and sending was another pain, since the original box was unusable. Not sure if this is Amazon or Titan; but did like what I saw, product wise; so reordered. So, another week to recieve the second order. I received the second order OK. Seems to be a decent product overall. ... show more

  • MAY NOT FIT YOU IF YOU ARE SHORT!
The harness is perfect at the top. It fits the shoulders well and the first time I unracked the bar I loved not being chocked by the bar and not having my wrists twisted. Then I squatted and the lower outer corners of the harness dug into my thighs. This harness was too long for me. I am 5'6 (168cm) and when I stand the lower end of the harness is below my belly button. In a deep squat the relatively wide lower end with sharp corners hits my upper/inner thighs. So I cut off approximately 3.5" from the bottom of the harness, welded on new tabs and rounded the corners., now it fits me well. I gave it 3 stars because this needs to be sold in tall and short sizes. ... show more

  • Perfect for aging knees.
This is perfect for someone that has concerns about knee problems down the road or if you’re currently having knee trouble caused by regular squats. There’s a ton of videos online that demonstrate how to use it. Basically you’re putting the emphasis on the quads during the squat as opposed to quads and hamstrings. Just start a little lighter until you’re used to how it feels. I do have a little trouble keeping it from slipping off because of trap development but it’s a learning curve worth mastering. Never skip leg day. ... show more

  • Good product bad seller
Titan Fitness is overrated! High price. Not a good company. Customer service stinks.

  • Too long
I am 6' tall, and this thing drives into my inner thighs when squatting deep. It has a stupid amount of length under the bottom studs for some reason...

  • Steel shoulders
People at the gym were impressed with how it works. Might have sold at least 2 of them on idea alone. No pain but more gains.

  • Lifters only
If you're a serious lifter this will be one of your favorite toys. Worth every dollar.
