This is not bad for beginners, only thing is once you begin taking calisthenics more serious the adjustments features do not meet the standards. I wish you can adjust it better for it to become more functional especially for more advanced workouts and maneuvers.

The media could not be loaded. Don't know about it only being good for 100lbs people but, I way 180lbs and it feels pretty sturdy to me. It does what it's supposed to. Can't complain. Good product. Well, only complaint, it could be a few maybe $10 cheaper.

can't really make them high enough to do pull ups... I'm only 5'11" and it's tough to use this product how it's intended. Cheap, so that's good, but not you have to completely remove the screws on both sides to be able to adjust it at all. Not ideal when in the middle of a workout. You get what you pay for.

This jump rope although can be difficult to lengthen, is durable, has a strong grip, and glides through the air nicely. I have used this jump rope in my house, on grass, on concrete, and at the gym and in all of these locations the rope has maintained the strength and has not been ruined by the surface it's on. The grip is also excellent and will not slide out of your hands. It is confusing as to how to lengthen the jump rope, but it is delivered long and is easy to shorten. Also the actual rope is the perfect thickness for gliding through the air. When there is wind it does not even impact the rope. Get this jump rope if you are looking for an everyday use jump rope.

I’ve had this for a few weeks and it’s working great so far. I am just under 5’ 7” and it is the perfect length. I bought this for cardio when it’s dark or raining. Ive been using it a couple of times per week and I’m very happy with my purchase. There were a lot of choices so I wasn’t sure if this would be the best option, but it’s a nice lightweight material, neutral color, and seems well made. I have already recommended it to a friend for the same type of use.
