Bought it in January took it out of the box in July. After many attempts it pumped up one bicycle tire. Then did not function to fill the second 40 psi tire.

This met my expectations. It's powerful and fast, able to inflate our car tire from 29 psi to 34 psi in less than a minute. While I can't guarantee the accuracy of the pressure gauge, it seems to be reliable enough based on my experience. The low-pressure indicator on my car shut off after I used the compressor, indicating that the tire had reached the recommended pressure of 34 psi. Plus, the included needle and different nozzles make it easy to inflate a variety of other items. While I haven't used it to pump up balls or bike tires, I'm confident that it would perform just as well based on its performance on car tires. One downside is that the compressor only runs from a car's cigarette lighter receptacle, and it would be great if it could be plugged in and run from a wall receptacle. Additionally, it's important to note that running the compressor with your vehicle engine off is not recommended. If you do so, you run the risk of your vehicle not starting… Overall, this compressor is a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable and powerful option to inflate tires in emergency situations. My son is attending college 10 hours away from home. It's a military college so they don't always get to come and go as they please. On a recent weekend when they were allowed to leave, my son and a friend drove 6 hours down I-95 to Daytona Florida in his friend's car. On the return trip, they had a blowout several miles from campus. Changing tires alongside a busy highway is dangerous and nerve-wracking. When they made it back to campus my son used the tire gauge that I sent along with him to check the rest of his friend's tires. Most were 10-15 pounds under the recommended pressure. Now he and his friends have gotten into the habit of checking their tires before any major trips. It seems that when their cars sit for extended periods without use that they actually lose air more quickly than if they were used daily. I got this compressor for them to share. It's small and light enough for my son to keep in the back of his car but is still capable enough to put the lost air back in their tires in only a few minutes. The built-in pressure gauge matches my son's other gauge to within 1/2 pound and is very consistent. I think that they've learned a valuable lesson about car maintenance and I know that I feel better with them on safer tires. ... show more

It inflates tires... It does take a while... My Expedition calls for 35psi(cold). After the vehicle sat for 6 hours, checked my pressures (with a very accurate gauge I used to use at the racetrack) and all were low. This pump has an auto shut off feature when your desired pressure is reached. I set it for 35 and hooked everything up. It stopped as it should have, but the accuracy of the built in gauge is a bit off. My tires inflated to 34,34, 36, and 37. All were aired to the same indicated cutoff point of 35.. It did take about 3-5 minutes per tire so it's not fast. The cord was long enough to reach... But I'd use a separate guage. ... show more

This is convenient product to use and own. It works well and does the job. It’s useful but it pumps a bit slowly so it takes a while to fully fill up. Definitely great!

I got this as a back up to one I already have of another brand. This one does not seem to be as heavy. It does have a longer wire to the power sorce than my other one does. So that is a plus. It does have a couple of parts to air up balls and other small things of that source. Maybe it could even air up an air mattress. Time will tell if it holds up. I hope that I do not have to use it. ... show more
