It's a set of two which is nice. Also, the material is so soft and smooth but it provides enough support and keeps my wrist from twisting. The brace I got from the doctor has a tab for making it tighter that has a rougher edge and it picks every shirt I wear. These are so soft they don't do that. I'm glad I purchased these. Suffered with carpal tunnel and wrist pain for a long time. Finally decided on these. Wish I had done it sooner. They look great and just the perfect amount of coverage for hand a wrist. They fit great Velcro is a high quality and they are super easy to put on. Would recommend. They have helped relieve pain and strain already and I’ve only had them an hour.

These worked well to relieve neuropathy symptoms caused by bending my wrists when I slept. There are 2 Velcro straps to adjust the fit. The stabilizing bar is hard plastic. It's not fancy or high quality but it serves it's purpose.
