Would not recommend this 3D printer. It won't connect to our wifi, the app freezes frequently, and not user friendly for setup. Once it does connect, we print and then go to print again and it wont connrct again....I've been trying since 9 am this morning and its 7:30 pm. This was a Santa present and it has been a nightmare. So frustrating.

It works fine but I’ve not been able to register on the app. There is a constant server error. Customer service is only in Chinese 😔 The server with educational videos is really slow, almost unusable. And I was not able to find the Wii builder website for the desktop. I would buy a different printer.
