The item arrived in a timely manner, intact, with everything needed. The printer works well if you want to print small objects.

  • Great but complicated for children under 13 or more
Love it, it works great. The only complaint is it is complicated to use and not as easy as they lead you to be. We need our 15 year old teenage daughter, or me the parent to do all the set up for each printing as its to complicated for our 9 year old.

  • Great Beginner Printer
Color: Grey
Great beginner printer. We did have issues with our first printer. However, after we returned the first one and got a new one it has been great. Very easy to use. My 10 year old loves it. I am impressed with the details and the ease of converting an STL 3D model into a G-code for endless printing options. ... show more

  • Not Beginner-Friendly – Disappointing Experience
Color: Grey
I really wanted to like this 3D printer, especially because I bought it for my 9-year-old, but honestly it has been more frustrating than fun. The setup seemed okay at first, but once we actually started trying to use it, it became difficult to save projects and get them ready to print. That part alone made the whole experience confusing and disappointing. For something that is advertised as kid-friendly or beginner-friendly, I expected it to be much easier to use. Instead, it feels like you have to keep figuring things out, and that takes the excitement away—especially for a child who just wants to create and print. My daughter was excited to use it, but the process has not been smooth at all. I feel like I should have gone with a different brand. This may work for someone who already knows a lot about 3D printers, but for a beginner or a child, I would not recommend it. It has been more complicated than expected, and I’m disappointed with the purchase. ... show more

  • So user friendly, may as well be setting up a regular printer
Color: Grey
Probably the most user friendly and turn key printer for the price I've ever seen.

  • Disappointed, very disappointed Disappointed, very disappointed
Color: Grey
I have the Tina2 basicWhile assembled easily, I rapidly noticed certain limitations that they skirt around in the description for example nowhere in the description does it indicate that you cannot use third-party filament. But according to the stickers, it will void the warranty. Similarly they’re very specific as to what software you can use to slice and lastly, that port isn’t any type of USB that I’ve ever seen nor is it included in the box it did not recognize any of my SDRAM cards And when I attempted to add a file to the card that came with, it does not appear on the menu the menu is very hard to use. It’s not self-explanatory. There’s a QR code that is linked to a few videos, but we did not find them helpful at all. We were unable to connect my Windows computer to there app on their site. That’s got some kind of weird android devicepairing issue but we were just not able to get any files over. There’s not really much of an explanation or demo on how to take a file from a catalog like thing verse and get it to print on here and there app didn’t want to work on my Windows computer. It assembled rapidly and so we were hopeful we enjoyed printing the demos included on the chip, but could never get it past those demos. I’m going to be returning it tomorrow for something that can connect to my existing technology. While I’m returning it because it’s just not compatible with my technology, I think that the lack of transparency that you void your warranty by using another companies PLA filament is a lapse of integrity that I can’t accept so rather than moving onto the Tina to Wi-Fi I’m just gonna find another company that doesn’t have this limitation. . ... show more
