Creepy that this technology exists and that it's so cheap to get ahold of, but once you get past that it's great! It works as advertised and it took about 10 minutes to get it out of the box, registered, and start using it. I use it for my car and bike. You get a location update only when someone with the app passes within range of the tile, so at least in my city I can usually get an update every hour when my friend borrows my car. If you live somewhere rural/not densely populated it might not work as well when you're out of range. But if you're using it to keep track of stuff near-by or around the house it doesn't matter, it has about a 50 meter range and you can ring it from anywhere with your phone. My least favorite thing is that, unlike AirTags, there's no way for someone to know if there's a tile following them around. With AirTags, if you have an iphone, you get a notification if a tag that isn't yours has been in range for an extended period of time; not so for tile.

I work in the healthcare field. With that comes 12 hour shifts where I come home exhausted just wanting to hop in bed and sleep. On more than one occasion after a particularly strenuous shift, I have taken my car keys out of my pocket and placed them in strange places at home. Tile makes it so easy to locate them quickly. I ordered these after my best friend was able to locate not only the last location of their stolen rental car, but her keys that had been stolen and taken to a different location. She was able to go to the general area with a police officer to search for her stolen property and once alerted she was close enough to connect to her tile, she turned the sound on and actually located her stolen keys and other property! I really like how compact these are, and also that you can reverse the feature and find your phone by pressing the tile! I highly recommend these after knowing someone with such a positive testimonial!
