Probably one of the best things I own. It's really practical. The set up was easy and it works just like it says. I love that I can find both my phone and keys with it - I usually misplace them. Always losing my keys. So far, it seems durable. It's small and compact and sturdy. It connects and stays connected. I can't say much about battery life - I wish it was changeable.

Unfortunately, I got this after I really needed it. I lost my keys at a grocery store and after much searching by me and the staff, I ended up having to get a ride and hire a locksmith to get me into the house on one of the coldest days last winter. And because it was an emergency, of course they took advantage and charged more than normal, so it was more costly than this Tile. A week later the keys were found in the store. Then later, when my niece visited and took me out to dinner, I left the keys in her car. She ended up taking them 60 miles away and this Tile found them where she worked, THAT FAR AWAY - AWESOME! I was really surprised! She mailed them back. Then much much later I noticed the Tile was missing from my keychain, not sure how long, but I had to buy another one. With the new one, it found the location of the first one in some apartment building and in that case it will not tell you which apartment, but it was completely dead and unusable by that time, so I just disconnected it. I STILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TILE, even though it's more expensive than it needs to be.

My wife and daughter have iphones, and I use an Android phone, so we chose Tile trackers as the best cross-platform tracker on the market. I have 4 of the Tiles (2 Tile Pros from 2021 and 2 of this model). They all work well, and are generally reliable. However, be aware that Tile's footprint is considerably smaller than the Apple Air Tags and Samsung's SmartTags, and it does make the Tiles' tracking ability inferior to those other platforms. But, if you are not all-in in one ecosystem, it is really your best option. As long as the Tile is in range of another Tile user, the tracking works and works well. But, that user base is smaller... I am pretty happy with Tile. I just wish they had a bigger install base, or that phone manufacturers would open up their systems to 3rd party trackers like Tile. An ecosystem-agnostic tracker that could access all of the iPhone and Android phone networks would be great, but will never happen. Otherwise, Tile makes a pretty great product. It is attractive, simple, and well-designed. I will say that battery life has been somewhat less than what Tile advertises - a bit under the 1 year I was told to expect. But, the batteries are easily user-replaceable.

I kept losing my car keys so I bought one rather than an apple air tag and I'm glad I did. Its super handy and it also lets me find my phone with it ( which I'm also constantly losing).

I just bought this in March of 2024 and here it is just August of 2024 and the battery has already died! Of course the window to return this has already elapsed! A few years ago I had bought this exact white tile (Unfortunately I recently lost that truck key with the tile attached) that's why I bought this tile again. Anyway the tile I just lost you were able to change out the battery yourself with a 2032 button cell battery, even though they had stated that you couldn't change out the battery yourself and they recommended that you send it back to them for battery replacement when the time came. (so they could charge you to change the battery out) However you could still do it yourself and have the tile work as before. Now they have altered the design and made it impossible for you to change the battery out yourself by soldering the Tile contacts directly to both sides of the button cell battery!! And what's even worse is the batteries they are using now are not new! Not if they die in less than 5 months!
