I’m honestly really impressed with this king-size bed frame. The build quality is solid it feels very sturdy and doesn’t make any noise or shift around, even with a heavier mattress. You can tell it’s well-made and built to last. The design is another big plus. It has a clean, elegant look with a nice rustic touch that fits perfectly with my room. The headboard adds character without being too bulky, and the overall finish looks even better in person. The headboard lighting added another touch to it to set the mood right ;). One of my favorite features is the storage underneath. The drawers are spacious and roll smoothly, which makes a huge difference for keeping things organized without taking up extra space in the room. Assembly was also pretty straightforward, which I appreciated. But, overall, this bed frame exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for something strong, good-looking, and functional, this is definitely worth it.

I really like this bed, the instructions were easy to follow for putting it together. It does take a little bit to put together and I would advise two people. It’s doable with one, but two people will definitely make it faster. You’re likely still to put in a couple hours with two people. I like the sturdiness of the frame itself that the mattress sits on and the shelving attached seems to be sturdy. I like the lighting effect I would recommend using all of the clear strips that it gives you to anchor it down so you don’t get any slack in the strip once the bed is upright, the instructions suggest three I would suggest all six. The drawers don’t slide into the bottom of the bed on any kind of track that’s attached to the bed itself. They just kind of roll under there so you might have to slide the drawers back-and-forth to close them evenly. I would also recommend thoroughly checking every single piece before you start to put it together. I was missing one board and that was the board that closes in the back of the shelves at the very top of the bed. I did not reach out to the seller because I’d already put a quarter of it together and my mattress was on the floor and I just was not gonna go through sending the whole thing back over one board and luckily it wasn’t an essential board. I can easily cut a piece and stain it to a close color to close in the shelves. I also have not played with the music capabilities of the lights. I have cut the lights on and they are a pretty cool effect. I do like the color quality the boards do seem to be made very well. The frame itself goes together quite well. The slats are even and I like that they slide into a groove to keep them in place. The noise reduction strip helps tremendously as there has been no noise that I have experienced. I do have this bed sitting on carpet so it’s not going to move as easily as it would on a bare floor, but there’s no rocking no shaking. Everything seems sturdy. I only knocked off one star because of the missing board, the fact that the drawers don’t actually have a groove they slide in to keep them in place, and there is nothing at the end of the bed to keep the mattress from sliding off, other than that it’s a pretty great bed.

The “tools” they give you are horrible. Literally the Philips head stripped not even a quarter of the way through building. The Allen side was perfectly fine. Other than the horrible building process that took 4 hours, it is a really good bed frame. Everything works just fine, LED and outlet strip. Feels very stable. The drawers are spacious on the under side of the bed. The drawers on the headboard are kinda unusable. You have to press the corner of the mattress down to open it. Not sure if that’s just because I have an older mattress or not but they’re still functional if you try.

Of the "not ikea" furniture I've had to make this week, this one was probably the worst. The packaging was poor resulting in the item being damaged. Luckily, the fastening is redundant enough that the poor tack welds that were damaged didn't cause too many issues. The fasteners were all in one package so, once it was opened, there wasn't a simple way to keep them identifiable outside of scribbling their designation on a paper and piling that particular fastener on top of it. Annoying but not the end of the world. Using it, it was a bit wobbly and shorter than I anticipated. The baskets on the bottom don't ride on a track so they have to be set back with some care. The stability issue can be remedied with some half-inch plywood and self-tapping screws and the baskets were easy enough to fix just by adding some wire guides. All in all, it looks fine but the MDF kinda sucks, the welds look like they were done with baby's first tack welder, and I still ended up having to put 50 bucks into making it hold solid. Pay an extra hundred dollars and get something better. That said, if this is all you have the cash for, you'll probably be fine.
