I have owned the safe for about a week now, I am happy with my purchase so far but will update the review if any issues arise later on. Reading some of the negative reviews on here, I was worried but so far I am satisfied by the safe. The safe arrived in a sturdy box with foam cushioning protecting the front panel. The box had some holes in it, but the safe itself appears to be undamaged. My one big negative so far is the use of cheap plastic, especially on the silver trim of the shelves, which both came cracked (see picture). Fortunately, the trim pieces were easy to remove, and I feel the shelves looks better without them (see photo without the trim pieces) . I contacted Tigerking support and they were quick to offer me a partial refund due to the broken shelves. The other place where there is cheap plastic is on the round gold dial used to open the safe itself, I wish this part was made out of metal, as it would give it a much better feel when opening/closing the safe. Other than the cheap plastics, I love everything else about the safe. There is plenty of room inside, and there is even a false floor which can be lifted to show an additional hidden storage compartment. The shelves can be taken out if more room is needed. The safe also has mounting holes on the back for attaching it to the wall. As far as operating the safe, I found this super easy. The instructions are very clear on how to set up the codes and operate the safe. There are 2 key holes, the left one is for the regular key and the right is for the master key. The master key allows you to bypass having to use the keypad, it basically does what the keypad does. The main key (big silver and blue one) allows a secondary lock on the safe, this key must be unlocked before you can use the keypad or master key to open the safe. Thankfully, this key does not need to be inserted and can remain unlocked, so if you want to use just the keypad/master key to unlock, you have that option. There is also an alarm which goes off if 3 incorrect codes are entered (this is automatically enabled), or the safe is moved (this needs to be manually activated every time you lock the safe, but hitting the * button) Overall a very cool safe for the price.

This is a good safe for the price. Good workmanship and quite roomy. Advantages: Two ways to lock and unlock - key pad only or key pad + physical secondary key. An emergency key in conjunction with the secondary key to unlock the safe in case the key pad malfunction or out of battery. I tried out all three ways to unlock multiple times. They work faultlessly. The default key code can be reprogrammed to become Master code. An additional key code can be programmed. Two sets of physical keys. Very roomy with a lockable small storage, a shelf and a hidden bottom storage. Big enough to store stacks of documents, passports, some cash, a lab top, iPad, and couple of pistols. A small l. E.D. light after the door is open. The door locking bolts are massive. 3 invalid key entries activate an alarm. I tried it out. It worked well. I drilled two holes on the bottom of the safe, and bolted it to the floor. Disadvantages: It is not fire proof nor water proof. The metal walls are not armor enough to resist drilling. Overall, my wife and I love this safe. Hope it will provide us years of usage.

The safe came well packaged in high density cardboard, Styrofoam, and bubble wrap. Instructions were simple and I had the codes changed and tested within a few minutes. If I needed another safe, I would by products from this company again.

Very happy with the safe after one month of use. No problem with installation or function. Holds a lot, is easy to use and seems high quality.

Feels well made - very spacious - nice design. Only concern is that you can see the reset button through the right side door panel crease if you were to shine a light through. I do really like the key/pin pad combo method of unlocking though. Good value for the price!

This safe is a piece of crap from China. In the pictures it looks good and it does look good... from afar like something that could be used in a movie as a prop item. Itβs gold fixtures look incredibly cheap. The dial was loose from the getgo. My wife and I wasted well over an hour following instructions and although we set a code, we couldnβt figure out how to reset the master code of β123456β... meaning the safe is useless to intruders who know how utterly worthless these safes are. Couldnβt find online instructions either. The box it comes in is unusable after you take the safe out too which creates a headache to even return the damn thing. Donβt waste your time or money.
