I bought mine used so there’s a dent in it however it’s still very great to use. The key lock is hard to get to and you’ll need a flat head screwdriver to pry it open. Tip: the key lock is between the keypad and the turn knob. The top safe is very roomy and you can fit a lot in. The bottom is the same thing and you can fit a money box in it. The downside is that the bottom safe has so much room but you won’t be able to use it fully unless you got papers/binders to put in it. You can build a small shelf and drill it into the safe but over all good. This also not a good idea to put guns in its way to unsecured and a kid can get in it. But over all very good ... show more

Keys were fine. Value is excellent. I suggest bolting down because it does not weigh alot. It is great for the money; get yourself some fire proof bags for the important documents.

So far- product has worked as expected! Mine was slightly damaged as the train it was on was derailed but the company has been attentive about it and willing to make things right- I declined as it works and it’s now just a dent. Company has been very responsive and polite and pleasant to deal with. I would 100% purchase from them again. The damage caused to the product was not their doing and they tried to make it right.     • The doors came broken on the inside with parts laying all over inside.

We paid a decent amount for something we thought was going to be worth our money. Heavy duty. It came with the edges dented and scratched. The top side opener was broken from the inside and the opener fell off as soon as we pulled it out of the box. I spent about 2 hours trying to fix the knob. It doesn’t seem as “durable” as it looks in the pictures. Mostly feels like plastic and pryable. Thankfully we just are using this to keep things out of our babies reach and store some important documents. We were planning on storing guns in this safe but it definitely doesn’t seem sturdy or strong enough to hold anything like that in it. It’s a bit expensive for the amount of durability it claims to have. I would suggest investing in something different if you need it for something valuable. ... show more

I’ve never had so much trouble with a safe. We have to keep resetting the code. Now we can’t get it to lock at all. We try the key and that doesn’t work either. We’ve changed batteries a couple times but that doesn’t help either.
