The media could not be loaded. My experience with the safe so far has been 5-star. When it arrived, I was worried because the corner of the outer box was crushed. But when I opened it there was another very sturdy box inside that was very well made, with thick walls and handles. I was impressed and not surprised at all that the sage was in perfect condition when I opened the inner box. The biometric scanner works well. Both my wife and I have multiple finger prints on it. We have two number pass codes to get into it. Then there are two keys. So far we’ve only had to use the biometric scanner. The scanner is fast and the safe East to open. On the inside, there’s plenty of room for my two hands guns, cases, and ammo. As well as the large hunting knives that I have. We have also started keeping our ss cards, passports and birth certificates in it; with room to spare It can be secured through holes in the back or the bottom. It’s not fire proof. My son just got a night stand lock box for his guns, now he wishes he’d gotten this one! 2022 12 - Update Review I'm soooo impressed with this safe. It continues to be secure and work as advertised. I expected to be changing the battery in it at least once a year, but its working as strong as the day i unboxed it. I would definitely recommend this safe for handguns and documents, If you you don't need it to be fireproof.

It’s not super heavy and I love the white color it looks so clean and sleek. It includes good instructions and was super easy to set up. I truly recommend it!! Worth every dollar !

Having spent way too much time searching and reviewing biometric (fingerprint reading) safes, I selected this as a handgun safe for two reasons: 1) the ample size, and 2) all the very poor reviews of other biometric safes. Installation (bolting to a fixed surface) was easy with the included bolts/anchors, and access to the stored handgun is easy because of the safe’s size. The programming of an unlock code, as-well-as the fingerprint reader was simple - follow the provided instructions. The function of the reader appears to be effective - that is, it seems to accurately read successfully programmed fingers, and it doesn’t recognize those fingers that aren’t programmed. Having only had this product a few weeks, time will tell how “durable” the function is. I’ll try to remember to update in a year or so. The safe is solidly built, bolts down easily, and has effective access controls. My primary concern is how easily these could be defeated, as there are a number of YouTube videos out there that demonstrate effective ways to circumvent locking mechanism. One method requires an expensive and powerful rare earth magnet, but the typical “hood” isn’t likely to carry one of these around. Overall, I’m pleased with the purchase. It functions as advertised, and it provides well for my intended purpose at a good price point. The two unfortunate features of this product are: 1) no ability to make access silent, and 2) made in China. Beyond those, I can’t find fault.

First and foremost, the customer service is so far above what I would have expected. There was a minor flaw on the bottom panel, and they responded and interacted promptly and genuinely. I decided to keep my safe, as the flaw won't be visible post install. But they insisted on doing something. You can tell they are very passionate about their products. I've had this safe for a few months now. The installation and set-up were fairly easy. All of my basic vital documents fit just fine, along with the fireproof/waterproof bags I keep them in. I did have to fold our marriage certificate, but those are absurdly sized. I think this is a fantastic option for the average home. Every home should have a safe. For vital documents, backup drives, etc. If you're shopping around, congratulations, you found the right one.

I purchased this safe due to the reviews and I am highly satisfied I did read reviews, they were right! It’s very spacious inside, the fingerprint feature is excellent allowing you to test it and make sure that it does work. I have set up the fingerprint feature as well as the six digit combination lock. I will highly recommend, this safe it is heavy but small enough to fit in a closet space etc.
