The media could not be loaded. I am very satisfied with this kettle. It has been serving me well in the past one year. I selected 3L capacity one, which is suitable for a family of three, lasting about two days with a full fill. The usage has been smooth, and never encounter any problems so far. The water dispensing is convenient, with safety features to prevent accidental triggering, which is essential when there are kids around. One of my favorite aspects is the magnetic connection of the power plug, making it easy to disconnect when not in use or refill the water. It also doesn't require frequent cleaning, although there is some minor scaling at the bottom, it still works as normal and no impact on water quality. For households with fewer members, I recommend the 3L capacity to avoid prolonged boiling times. It was made of high quality material and the boiled water is normal without strange odors. Never thought something like this would be so handy. We used to have a regular electric kettle but after years of faithful service, the heating element stopped working right. This was my husbands choice and I was skeptical at first. Why would we need hot water on demand? This is honestly a game changer. Tea, instant coffee, ramen...this gets a LOT of use in this household. Far more than I thought it would.
