The media could not be loaded. I had done quite a lot research on Amazon, as an ergonomic chair is quite expensive to me. I bought this chair due to its unique selling points such as plating steel back and spring lumbar support. I can’t find other similar chairs with similar price. The box was hard and intact, and the packaging was very well. All parts had been protected well. All in good condition! The most impressive part of this chair is the back, which is made of strong plating steel. This is very uncommon for chairs at this price range. Compare with other chairs using plastic, this back looks much smarter and more durable. However, this need to be tested by time. Another point needs to be emphasized is the lumbar support. As mentioned by the seller, there are springs inside the back, which provides nice lumbar support with good resilience. I guess people in different sizes and weights can experience different lumbar support by adjusting the seating positions. This is quite a special design I have never tried before. The headrest is obviously larger than usual, and I do agree that the foam headrest is softer and more comfortable than mesh headrest after some period of use. The armrest feels soft and supportive due its waved paddings. The wheels are very smooth and quiet, and I can move the chair easily. Something not satisfied with the chair? The assembly took me more than 30 minutes which was longer than I expected. However, the after sales support was nice and supportive. They solved my issue very soon. Overall, this was acceptable for a comfortable chair. Also, the so called hip design and waterfall edge design is not very significant to me. However, the seat cushion is thick and soft, which is comfortable enough for me. To sum up, this is a really high value chair with very unique selling points. I think there are not many comparable chairs selling online. I may update if I find something not good after longer period of usage.

This is a great high-quality chair, if I am correct it is the new version of their ergonomic most sold model. The chair comes of course dissassembled but carefully packaged. It takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour to assemble completely. I love the polished-chrome finished legs, and how well the casters roll over my wooden floor. The seat is wide and long, feels comfortable for a person with long legs as me (I'm 5'11''). The recline angle is huge and very comfortable to take a relax-break while working. I love the headrest too, padded and very ergonomic to the neck-lower head area. However, there are a few little things that could be improved: - The lumbar support is not that great. The problem is that if feels as a bit hard piece of plastic in your lumbar area. It should be padded. (You can always add some padding yourself, but it's not the same). - The armrests lower position is a bit too high, and the higher position way too high. - In the most upright position, the back seat is a little bit too reclined (a bit not upright enough). - I would love if the gas-seat could go 1 inch higher (I like to seat high, so most people would not see this an issue).

Update: After leaving this review, I get an email from them saying they'll give me $100 to remove this review. lol Pros -Decent build quality. Lots of metal, especially the base. Although it's hollow - The seat is very comfortable and the recliner has 'lock in' function and rocks very well. - Armrest is easy to adjust Cons (Your experience may vary) - The lumbar support is way too aggressively pushed forward, which was very uncomfortable to me. It is also positioned too low when you are sitting completely vertically. You can adjust the seat height which also adjusts the lumbar height with the provided rings, but even at max height it's too low for me. The spring attached to the lumbar support is also very stiff. I emailed them to ask if it's removable and their answer was no. If you want to call a chair 'ergonomic' I believe it should have some options to move it up/down, in/out, especially at $300. Because of this, I decided to return it. - Only way your head comes in contact with the headrest is if you lookup or tilt your head back. But this seems to be the norm. - The screws that hold the leg piece to the base core doesn't feel like it belongs there. - Some sharp points at the end of the mesh needs to be smoothed out. - Heavy chemical smell from the seat when I first opened the box. It does seem to go away eventually.

Was able to build this chair very quickly and easily! Even without instructions, I believe someone can piece it together intuitively :) I did have one issue where one of the wheels would not go into the corresponding hole of the leg. With that said, I emailed their customer service email and received a response within 45 minutes! Unheard of....a replacement part was ordered and they reimbursed me for the replacement. As far as the comfort of the chair, it is very comfortable. As someone beginning 10 hour zoom days soon for weekend classes, this had to provide enough support so I could maintain my posture for the duration of my classes. In the short time I've used it, I can honestly say it keeps my back and neck properly supported so I can focus on my computer screen. I will update this review once I complete my first weekend of classes the end of August. But as of now, I give it 5 stars for comfort, ease of building, and the wonderful customer service.
