Worst Amazon experience ever! Defective Bike, and Unreliable Seller.
Color: Master Blue Size: 29
So disappointed! My kid loved the bike, but the excitement turned into stress because of the defective parts. I sent the seller videos and pictures, and they promised to send replacements then delayed, ignored me, and finally told me to go pay a bicycle shop to fix their mistake. This was supposed to be a brand new bike, yet it arrived damaged. I waited patiently, followed every step, and still ended up paying out of pocket. The seller only responds when Amazon pressures them, and even then, they don’t follow through. This has been my worst experience on Amazon. I truly hope Amazon looks into this seller and holds them accountable. ... show more

Great bike
Love this bike! The owner of the bike shop assembled it for $50 and he said he had never worked with one of the Throne bikes before. He does not like the traditional SE bikes but gave this one a rave review- all around great bike!
