My husband and I are old and so are our bodies!! So when we sit for long it's hard to get up. We got these chairs in hoping they will last longer than the past ones we had. My hubby is a big man and he is hard on chairs so maybe these will suit our purpose. So far so good. They work great and are comfy and soft. We got 2 of the dark brown and they are sooo pretty! We like the size as well, a bit bigger than the normal recliners we had. I like the vibration setting and they do get warm. Not like a heating pad, but warm. Not sure how much we will use all the gadgets, but nice to have if we need them. We bought two. We did get the insurance just in case they break down. We haven't had good luck with chairs in the past, so we got wise this time. The price was 1/2 of what the local furn. store in our area wanted. I would recommend these if you need a good, sturdy chair that has all the bells and whistles and a good price. Each chair came in 2 heavy boxes, very heavy! May need help getting them in the house. But I am 62 and set one up by myself so they aren't that complicated but the directions are awful! Not much detail! That's it I guess.

Excellent chair, very comfortable and soft. Cushions feel very firm yet supportive. My father loves it. I have a few complaints but this wouldn’t keep me from purchasing again. Massage function is not strong at all. feels a little on the weak side and didn’t notice much difference between the areas of massage or intensity. Biggest complaint overall is the chair remote that controls the positions, though. The cord is very short and my father cannot get it close enough to see what button he is pushing. Add some length to the chair remotes, increase intensity of massage and this would be an excellent chair.

This chair has so far worked out really well for my dad. He gives it two thumbs up. It does come in two separate packages at two separate delivery times, which we did not find out until only half the chair arrived. But the other half was delivered the very next day. It was delivered Fed Ex, they neglected to mention two packages on my fed ex account information as well. The set up was pretty straight forward. I used my phone for all the ordering and was unable to find a video on Amazon to show set up. I put the information on the delivery box into YouTube and found a video immediately. The hardest part was finding the power cord as it was wrapped around the right leg of the chair! Last place I would have expected. So check there right away! The fabric is soft, the base is comfortable, cushioned yet supportive. (I was concerned it would be a hard seat as he is prone to pressure sores, no issues there!) Wipes clean easily. He doesnt really use the massage, and says the heat feature isnt very powerful. It looks and functions exactly as described. This recliner is used in place of a bed so it gets pretty much full time use. We are about 3 weeks in and it seems to be a very wise purchase. For the price and all the features I would def recommend!

I really needed this as my old recliner I had to give it away because I couldn't get out of it. This one is more comfortable, firm and I sleep in it because my hip and leg don't hurt as much as sleeping in the bed. I love it and irs worth the money.
