The pillow itself is comfortable and supportive, but the feathers constantly poke through the case and pinch my face while I sleep. It's annoying to wake up with sharp quills sticking out and scratching your skin. I like how it feels overall, but the feather leakage is a big downside. Holy mackerel!! These pillows are everything they say they'll be. I bought them for the guest bedroom but have found myself using them when watching t.v. They are super soft. There's no smell at all. I got two of these and one is still very fluffy and denser than the the other which is already kinda flat. I’m using both every night and they get equal wear so it’s a bit perplexing. Perhaps more quality control before sending out? I do like them but now they are different thicknesses and it’s a little troublesome to sleep using both.
