Thorne brand was recommended by Nutritionist and my Naturopath. I get some Vit C in the LEF 2-a-day Multiple (which is great btw) but I also take this to boost my immune system. Easy to swallow. It is worth it to buy a quality supplement.

Giving high rating because I love this brand. However after my purchase I don’t think I would purchase the 500mg again. I found that’s too high for someone who doesn’t have a defiency and could cause kidney stones. 90mg is suggested for healthy men. But if the milligram percentage is what you need I highly recommend this brand.

The thorn brand is a very good brand for allergies, they make all their supplements with the best ingredients and avoid all the major food allergies: wheat, gluten, rice, corn, soy, potato. The size of the bottle is normal, like other supplement. it does increase energy levels. I take it with my iron to help it absorb in to my body.
