I've tried many different kinds of multivitamins over the years, from different brands and in different formulations. This is by far the one that has given me the best results. Overall, more energy throughout the day, more focus, better sleep and a sense of well being. The directions in the bottle recommends 6 capsules a day, but it has worked great taking only four, and sometimes just three. I take two at breakfast, one at lunch and one at dinner. Sometimes I skip the last one. My only complain is the price, but then again I've noticed the difference, so I getting what I was expecting from it. This is certainly a high quality supplement.

Only taking one capsule a day, I spend the next few hours burping up what tastes like sour milk. Luckily I didn't take six capsules per instructions. I'll keep taking one a day, maybe just before eating to hopefully minimize the gas, but coming so highly recommended, I'm surprised at the negative effect at so low a dose. Maybe it's just me and most people don't get stomach gas from them, but so far it's 100% of everyone I know that takes them; just me.
