It is hard to accurately review this product as I have not yet had blood work that might indicate whether or not this product is helping. Thorne products in my view are very high in quality so I am hopeful that it is helping.

I came into this with a strong doubt that these supplements would do anything beneficial and expected it to be some sort of snake oil. Several years ago, I never thought I would be using any supplements daily. I have actually lost weight and have less sugar cravings, I stopped taking them for awhile to see if it was a placebo and gained weight back and became the cookie monster again, when I started back on them, my desire for sweets was far less! I would imagine it would help those with insulin resistance, I would not recommend taking with metformin or any other pharmaceuticals that assist or regulate insulin.
