I ordered this phone paying extra for excellent condition and selecting Verizon as my carrier. There were several small scratches on the display. I made a call to Verizon technical support, but they were unable to help me unlock the phone. I went to a Verizon store however, they too were unable to unlock the phone.     • Buyer beware might no be paid off
I bought this phone a month ago and decided to purchase a 2nd phone. The first activated easily. The 2nd one Verizon reported as not being paid off so it was locked and could not be activated. So I now have to return the device as it is worthless. So beware it may or may not work.

DON'T BUY THIS Gave this phone to my teenage daughter for Christmas. She was so excited to open it. Then we tried to activate it. What a nightmare! The phone is flagged as FRAUD, and we have spent almost 2 hours trying to get it straightened out! ***BUYER BEWARE!!***
