This is a nice, complete set of dinnerware. It’s got a slight texture to it but it not rough. It’s almost like a they have a non-stick coating on them. I just rinse them and put in the dishwasher. They are the perfect size and they have a nice weight to them. I’ve had other black dishes that always had water spots unless hand wash and dried but because of the slight texture I don’t have that issue with this dish set. They are truly scratch resistant and I believe will last a long time. I like the simplicity of the design and I appreciate how affordable they are for a complete set.

I buy this set becouse my sister-in-law recommend me, she like the colors so much. When arrive, honestly it looks almost same like pictures but bit more darker maybe. But is okay, I don’t mind. My mom said the bowls feels light but not cheap, which is rare for these type ceramic. What I like most, is how it’s easy to clean after dinner, especially when we cook oily food (we cook a lot of stews in my country, so this matter). No need much scrubbing. Also I put in microwave 2 times already, no cracks or problem, so that’s good. But one thing, the plates little slippery if you stack them high. Just be careful. Overall, it’s simple set but looks nice on the table. Good for daily family use.

I didn't have super high expectations for this dinnerware set from Theterra to be honest. My son was getting ready to move back into a dorm near his college and needed a set of dinnerware, and I picked these up and I must say, they are really nice. The lip on the plates is really useful, I wouldn't have realized it until I had a set with such a prominent lip. But yeah, these plates and bowls look great, clean up easily in the dishwasher, and seem of really good quality.

Nice set of dishes, good as a starter set or to replace older dishes. While the raised edges of the plates can take some getting used to if you're used to the type of plates that have a gentle slope to the edge, this lip is fairly practical and easy to get used to.

Although these dishes are plain white, I found them to be a stunning set of dishware. I needed to replace my dishware and this set arrived nicely packaged with no breaks or chips on of the dishes. The bowls have a pretty scalloped edge look and the plates have a rim to them that I have never seen but I actually like it. I'm impressed and am excited to have them.
