Update: I am impressed at the care and speed that the customer service reps used to resolve the issues I was having. It’s really good to know that they stand behind their product and are willing to support their customer purchases. I have updated my review based on my experience with them and it was a good one. The issue with the walking pad has been resolved, and I am satisfied with my results. Old: Purchased and used for a week. 15mins a day x 2 times a day. Pros: No assembly required, works right out of the box. Small , lightweight Remote is great Cons: After 20 mins of walking at any speed above 2.4 , upon stepping off the walking pad it has been making loud screeching and dragging noises (not typical sounds). - I consulted the manual, used the oil etc . No change . Therefore I cut my walking time down to see if it would help. No change . While walking on the pad no unusual noises, occasional lagging but not major .

For someone like me who spends most of the day sitting in an office, this product is amazing. It’s recommended to walk 7,000 steps a day, but that’s nearly impossible when you’re stuck at a desk. With this machine, I can easily catch up on my steps while watching TV after dinner. It’s quiet, easy to use, and doesn’t take up much space — perfect for small apartments or home offices. I’ve noticed I feel more energized and less stiff after using it regularly. If you’re serious about staying healthy and active, this is a must-have!
