This thermostat has no settings to control the Second Heating Stage. It also never engaged the second heating stage. I tried Amazon's "Support" - took 30 minutes for him to give me the manufacturer's web page. No Support was available. Have any of you seen the Stage 2 indicator? Are your 2-Stage furnaces working properly with this thermostat? I would check if I were you. My two thermostats are going back to Amazon right now.

I have this thermostat in my Florida condo where I only turn the AC or heat on once in a while for a few hours. Every time I turn it on I must remember to set the HOLD button or the setting will change when it hits one of the pre-set times. I should have gotten a non-programmable thermostat. Would have given it 5 stars if program feature could be disabled.

Was easy to install, but so-so on programming. It comes preset in 24 hour mode and the instructions are super vague as to how to change it. I've installed dozens of programmable thermostats through the years and this one was the most difficult to find how to set for 12 hour (AM/PM) mode. It really should NOT have been that difficult.

The media could not be loaded. good product but the light does not work, I have to turn on some light like the one on my cell phone to be able to see the numbers, and another thing and the life of the battery in these couple of months is almost dead .. my other previous thermostat lasted me years to have to change batteries

I had low expectations, but this product works as advertised! It took longer to fix the crooked previous installation than it did to install this one. Works fine, and does not short cycle the system.

Easy to install and easy to program. My only objection is the installation manual does not have an installation schematic dedicated for millivolt, 2-wire operation. I found the instructions more confusing than necessary and guessed my way through thins. This thermostat works great!
