Came packed properly, no un-connected anything, just fired up off to gaming. Basically a custom build prebuilt not a prebuilt-prebuilt so bloatware is not there. Came and looks better than even the picture. 13400 on 4060 gets the job going in a 1440p monitor

It works but some kind of covering that pic shows in upper left corner missing. No power cables to for the extra SSD slots. Contacted twice about this and other questions twice and no reply. If don't receive reply I will return it.

Ive had it for a couple weeks now. Its quiet, runs starfield, Baldurs Gate3, and Cyberpunk with no problems. Only reason it didnt get 5 stars is because the glass panel that came with it was obviously used. Deep scratches and blemishes shown in the picture.

So I’m very happy with the looks and quality of the pc but I’m very confused. I know a little bit about pcs and the components but those empty slots on the first pic, idk what I’m supposed to put in those or what should be there. And all of the extra screws, is that for adding more parts? And next to the power supply is a good amount of extra wires, nicely bundled together. Is that for the same reason just extra part? If anyone can help I’m all ears thank you ... show more
