I've been buying these types of inner soles bc I need to find what's the best for me. This product offered great support but fell flat past the arch to the toes. My tests are with a pair of slippers with no socks , open heel. I found these were comfortable but my feet stuck to the innersole from sweat. The Dr Shoal ones have a perforated sole that allows the feet to breathe and the support is about comparable.

Using these took away my foot pain in about 2 months. I will always use these in my tennis shoes. Make sure you remove the original shoe pad first or these will be too tight.

I like the support and the feel of the product but it would be nice if it came with size guideline marks on the insole for the trimming process. I realize every shoe is different but I really had to guess on the cuts. I was concerned I would cut them wrong or too short - then what - I would have to throw away $ if I cut them wrong?

I’m a mailman so I’m on my feet all day and in all kinds of weather. I have flat feet and needed extra support so I found these and ordered them.. as soon as I tried them on, I instantly felt more agile and had a pep in my step. The insoles support my feet and feel great, I didn’t need to cut them to shape because they were already good for my size. The insoles stay in place and when you want to remove them, it’s hassle free. With these insoles, I move faster and with more ease, I don’t have any more foot pain even with being on my feet all day. I can honestly say this was one of the best purchases I’ve made and I’m sure you’ll notice a positive change as well. Im so confident in these that I’ll soon be buying another pair so I can have one pair for my work shoes and another for my casual shoes. 5 stars, best product on the market and well worth the money.
