Updated from 2 to 5 stars. Works much better than Systane Ultra. When I use Systane, it's rathan thick so I usually need to wait a few minutes for it to work and it stings sometimes. TheraTears is not as thick and works right away and doesn't sting. Will use this from now on. Thank you. Started reading labels carefully after recent news of people losing their eye after using contaminated drops. So in comparison - Refresh (throw away 90 days after opening), TheraTears (45 days!), Systane Ultra (no warning). Check for yourself. I wonder why the warnings are not even in the descriptions!? Not important enough to warn people that they could lose their eyes?

From all the eyedrops I’ve tried, this has been the best! My eyes feel better immediately when applied, and they stay hydrated much longer.
