This is my second Theragun. I've owned the Elite model for four years now and what i'm disappointed in most is the rubber button deteriorates and falls off. The outer shaft cracked due to vibration stresses. After doing some research I dont' think Thergun offers repair services. I would pay to get it repaired if they offered such a service. We have purchased other massage guns before but there’s nothing like Theragun. It will work out pain you didn’t even know you had. Within just a few sessions, you can walk easier, go back to your active lifestyle sooner, and most importantly live a pain-free life again. Vibration level is so powerful that for me, the lowest works best. But my husband who has chronic pain likes the highest level so this thing really is the best for us. The shape and weight of this makes going around to any area of the body really easy. It’s surprisingly light for the hefty workhorse that it is. And for how long we use it between my husband and I, the battery life is great. We use this daily and maybe need to charge once a week. This is quite an investment so it’s not cheap, but for what we gain back in build quality and results, it’s so worth it! I used my FSA during Prime Day.
