I didn’t expect to use the breathing program, but tried it before bed, right after the full body massage program, and the combination is a great wind down before bed. This helped me with plantar fasciitis, back, neck and shoulder pain and knots. Using it on my feet and legs after a full day on my feet is a life saver. Plus saved me from having to go to the chiropractor or have my back go out. I like the Sense model with the breathing exercises and it is smaller than the pro and others I’ve used. The smaller frame makes it easier to do a lot of my back area with a decent hold. Only catch for me was the battery life isn’t nearly as good as the bigger models. ... show more

Loved it while it worked but have used less than 2 1/2 months, not even 3 times a week and now it won’t hold a charge. It shows charged at 100% plugged in (for 12 hours or more) but as soon as I unplug to use, it shows low battery and won’t work even one minute. Do not recommend!
