This is the first tape I have used that actually adheres, and lasts more than a day. I am not an athlete, but I do have pain in a formerly broken ankle which I like to tape up. I have bought other brands of tape on Amazon and they peel off almost instantly. The individual servings of tape are perfect size for me for ankle (or knee) and if I need to, I can cut shorter for things like fingers - adhesion is still good. I use it on my feet and it stuck really good. Next I will not get the pre cut as the stripes were to long to use on my feet and needed cut anyways.

Sticks well, and doesn’t irritate my skin. I’ve been using it to support my belly during my third trimester at my midwife’s recommendation and have noticed a HUGE difference. No more round ligament pain and I feel supported all day long. If I tape down the ends where my waistband lays it lasts me at least 4-5 days. These do take getting used to and takes practice to learn how to apply. There is a cheat sheet with it and also, tons of YouTube videos to look at. There is no resticking, if you miss the mark the first time, you can't unpeel it and restick - it won't stick (probably kinda obvious but will put that out there). Once I was able to get the tape applied, to my knee, it really did help support it and keep things where they are supposed to be. This isn't KT tape, which is reliably strong and adheres. This is thin fabric, the adhesive doesn't hold at all, even putting on a sock of any type makes it peel off. This is true on any type of skin. An inferior product by any measure.

This gives me a bad rash. So, don't recommend a first time qty buy. Try first. Also does not stay on. I shaved my leg and use alcohol prior to applying and peels off by morning. I will be switching to the tape my physical therapist uses, which lasts for days.
