This is exactly what I was looking for in a snow brush - that it has the ice scraper on the back and and is stable. I ordered a previous one that was supposed to telescope, but the middle of the scraper immediately broke so that it wouldn't stay open. This brush came in two pieces but they click together and stay together. The center of the brush is also incredibly soft, though that's not as noticeable when I'm outside in winter gloves.

This two piece snow and ice scraper is built very well and robust with wide bristles and scraper. The grip on the brush end is solid while the grip on the scraper portion is more cushioned…together they both make using this much easier and will accommodate gloves too. I love that it is able to be used separately or together by snapping the two to make a longer reaching tool if needed. Awesome value!

I'm a bit worried this won't be up to the task of handling thick ice, but other than that I have no complaints. If you're somewhere that gets a lot of snow and ice, you might want something a bit more durable, but if you're like me and live where there might be snow on the ground for 1-2 weeks of the year, this should be more than enough.

Have not had a chance to use the ice scrapper yet, so can't answer actual use on ice. We wanted to get this scrapper a try with the pickup truck. The trips we make to New Mexico does get icy and snowy. Now we are ready to scrap the ice on truck windshield. Looking forward to the reach we have with this scrapper. The handle feels real comfortable and it feels sturdy. The brush is going to be great to use when you have that pile of snow on the windows to whip off. Easy to store away in the pickup and now we are ready for that trip to New Mexico. Before we use to have a small hand ice scrapper and it was not very long to reach the truck windshield.

This item broke immediately after I received it. I opened the scraper and went to connect the two pieces together and the little lever you press to slide them together immediately snapped. It would still work without it and the two pieces could be glued together but I've asked for a refund. We have too much snow each winter to worry with a scraper that is defective. Edited: I received the replacement, and it fit together properly. The plastic still feels a bit flimsy. Time will only tell how it holds up against a harsh Midwest winter!

This handheld snow brush is the perfect size for me! I'm around 5 feet tall, and with the two pieces combined, I can easily reach the entire windshield and even the roof of my car. The brush also has a shorter handle for use without the extension, making it versatile for different areas.
