Chair Gym
I had a chair gym DVD and decided to look for the chair and found it on Amazon so I Ordered it and it came on time. I tried it and it works great for me because I can't do exercise laying on my back. So the chair was a great way to get the exercise that my Weight Management wanted me to do. Some upper and lower core exercises. You can fold it up to move it out of the way.

Great exercise option for the elderly!
Color: Black
My 87-year old personal training client has found this very useful in her FaceTime workouts with me during the pandemic. We can do pretty much anything on it! Being a polio survivor and unable to use her left leg, we are limited to mostly seated exercises. The chair gym definitely delivers! Easy to use - she can fairly quickly change out the attachments from handles to straps while I instruct her virtually. The resistance is appropriate for this individual. However, she doesn’t notice much difference between the two resistance options. Minimal, if any. The only downside - for us - is that the chair is pretty lightweight (which is also a plus!) and due to her post-polio, she is unable to provide enough weight on the footplate to do standing exercises (like single arm rows). But overall this chair is great and I’d highly recommend it!

Good workout
The package arrived totally trashed. Looks like it fell off a truck. Fortunately all the pieces were there. Other than that all went well. I like that it is light weight and easy to use

You'll Be Glad You Did!
I was a little leery when I ordered this, but it has far exceeded my hopeful expectations. Excellent product and excellent support material.

READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING! THERE ARE SOME ISSUES WITH THIS PRODUCT!
SEE PHOTOS: I PURCHASED THIS GYM CHAIR NEARLY A YEAR AGO. FOR MY DISABILITIES IT WORKS WELL ALONG WITH MY WEIGHT MACHINE AND WEIGHTS. BUT BE WARNED: THERE ARE NO REPLACEMENT BANDS AVAILABLE ANYPLACE. THE COMPANY DOES NOT OFFER OR SELL THEM. I HAVE SPENT HOURS ON THE INTERNET AND AROUND TOWN LOOKING, EVEN HSN, WHICH SELLS/SOLD THEM HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF REPLACEMENT BANDS. . NOPE. NO BANDS. I UNDERSTAND THAT IF SOMETHING BREAKS DURING THE SO CALLED 5 YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD,(EVENTHE BANDS), THE WHOLE CHAIR IS REQUIRED TO BE SENT BACK? THIS IS CRAZY. COMPETITORS SELL REPLACEMENT BANDS FOR THEIR CHAIRS! ALSO, IT APPEARS THERE ISN'T A SINGLE SATISFIED BUYER WITH THE COMPANY'S RESPONSE TO INQUIRES/CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES THAT I COULD FIND, IF ANY CONTACT IS EVEN ACCOMPLISHED. DON'T NECESSARILY TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. THESE BANDS ARE CHEAP AND NOT AVAILABLE AS REPLACEMENTS FROM THE COMPANY, OR ANY PLACE ELSE. ALSO THE, BANDS DO SLIP OFF PULLEYS AND WILL WEAR THRU IF NOT PUT IN PLACE ON THE PULLEY MANUALLY BEFORE USING. ALSO NOT KNOWN IS THAT IF YOU SEND THE CHAIR BACK WHO PAYS THE CHAIR SHIPPING IN EITHER DIRECTION? DO SOME HOMEWORK BEFORE PURCHASING. AMAZON SHOULD GET AFTER THEM FOR NOT OFFERING REPLACEMENT BANDS. THIS IS A CUSTOMER DIS-SERVICE. THE BANDS HAVE TO BE MADE A CERTAIN WAY AS OTHER BANDS WILL NOT FIT THIS CHAIR IN BOTH LENGTH AND IN PULL STRENGTH. IT IS BAFFLING THAT CHAIR GYM WOULD OFFER A PRODUCT AS SUCH?? BEWARE! I WOULD CHANGE MY OPINION HERE, AND RATING, IF I FOUND OUT OTHERWISE. HAVING TO BOX UP AND SHIP A WHOLE CHAIR BACK AS AN EXCHANGE JUST FOR REMOVEABLE BANDS? NOPE, I'D BUY ANOTHER BRAND FIRST. AND MAKE SURE REPLACEMENT BANDS ARE AVAILABLE. I HAVEN'T BROKE ONE YET, BUT I WANTED TO HAVE SPARES ON HAND "JUST IN CASE".

VERY VERSATILE
Color: Black
For years I have wandered my house trying to figure out where I could use the loose band exercisers I'v been give by various physical therapists. I didn't want to put hooks or holes in my walls & ceilings. This easy fold & store chair provides all the hookups I need to do almost all my exercises. So now I actually do them! There is no "take this down & put that up". It's all ready to go almost out of the box, with three band strengths available. But there is one exception: the over head bar is a separate purchase that is almost as expensive as the chair itself! That would have been a great benefit to me and my problem shoulders. I guess you don't get everything. I had thought this might work for my older aunt, since there are two strengths on the bands, but since I've been using it, I find the "beginner" band would be a bit too difficult for her or someone like her. All in all, I'm very pleased with my Chair Gym.
