The bag is functional, adorable and just makes sense when it comes to Mesa, Mesa XL, Campfire, Titan, pizza stoves, smokers, etc. I even use it to start fires in my larger Solostoves (Yukon, Ranger, Bonfire). It’s a simple, fun way to have a fire while enjoying an authentic experience. I have tried pellets in my Mesa XL and do not enjoy the pellets nearly as much as I do with tiny Timbers. The wood is amazing quality, creating good fires. Who doesn’t appreciate a bag of solid wood that fits perfectly, is pleasantly aromatic, goes for a long time and throws off some serious heat? ❤️🔥 Bottom line …Tiny Timbers yeet the heat. This catches quickly and burns cleanly. U\nfortunately I bought it with my Mesa XL based on their listing. The wood is very short for the Mesa XL. The firepit is 6" so these 4.5 - 5" pieces just sit flat on the bottom. It's hard to arrange the wood to heat the sidewalls and get the secondary burn started. ... show more

I got the wild cherry and they smelled so darn good and they were beautiful!! In fact when they were burning the peculiar scent was lilac. Unless I have a perfume lady ghost. I got so tired and cold spending several hours in the snow and the temperature was 26. So I started to use it to see if it would help. Started the fire first with soft wood to get some good flames coming then added the cherry. They started almost immediately without any smoke and they gave off a great level of heat. I really appreciate that they put different sizes of wood so you could start with the small pieces to get the fire up to a level you could use the big ones for longer. The charcoal is very good for cooking and seem to be around for a good grill or heating a liquid. Packed perfectly in the bag and so far no splints on fingers. Love this so much my brain is saying get more of it and other flavours for smoking. I also want to say it’s for a mesa xl. Not the regular so pay attention and if you make a mistake don’t blame the company for it ... show more

I have been purchasing Tiny Timbers firewood for my Mesa Solo Stove for over a year. So excited it is now available on Amazon!!! This wood is consistently cut, clean, packed nicely, and worth every penny! It burns great without all the popping and smells nice as well. This particular wood is perfect for the Mesa XL. It is slightly long for the original Mesa but I don’t mind if it sticks above the rim a little because I’m so happy with the burn. This bundle lasts quite a while so I think the value for the price is quite good. Much better than buying a bundle of wood for a normal campfire. I am very happy with this purchase and will continue to give them my business. The customer service is excellent!! ... show more
