This wood is a little pricey but it burns great. I use it in a solo stove as an intermediate burn for lighting and it works great. Lights off great and burns nice. I haven’t used it for cooking yet, as my pizza oven uses pellets, but I believe it would work great for that. The included tongs and fire starters are a nice addition. If you’re looking to find something to help get your fire lit, this definitely works great for that. ... show more

I love this box of mini-firewood. It's the Goldilocks of firewood! Not huge logs, not tiny tinder lighting sticks...right in the middle of that. I don't use them as the primary fire logs in my Tiki fire pit. Rather, I tuck them in and between the big logs before lighting a starter cube. These 8-inch mini firewood pieces are the stepping stone between a starter cube and your primary logs. And they're super dry, cleanly stacked, and store easily. Highly recommended! ... show more
