  • Telescope
Not worth the money I sent back for refund.

  • Good into telescope, which it was just a little less plastic
This is a fun little telescope to get started on. It is pretty straight forward to assemble, though it is certainly more of a "toy" quality to it. I got this for the kids and they love it, at least. It has been fun to go out at night and look in to the sky. They now want a "real" telescope, so this is a good gateway without breaking the bank. ... show more

  • It's basically a toy telescope.
This is a great telescope for smaller children that want to get their first experience with using a telescope. The price is reasonable. Don't expect a ton from this telescope. Mostly clear views of the moon but anything else will require an upgrade. This thing is TINY, so it's amazingly easy to store and takes up a crazy small amount of space. The tripod is short so you will need to set this on a surface to use. Overall, this is a decent entry into telescopes to give a kid a solid education on how to care for and use a telescope. Beware, they WILL eventually want to upgrade! ... show more

  • Works As Expected
This is a good beginners telescope. My son has a window seat he’s set it up on. Being a tinkerer he likes to take things apart and I feel like he’s always misplacing pieces to the telescope. I wish it had less pieces that could come apart. You can see out of it and it’s pretty clear, not perfect, but I wasn’t expecting perfect. Overall it’s good for a kiddo that’s interested in trying a telescope! ... show more

  • Pretty straightforward on assembly
It does the job.

  • Good beginner telescope for a 6 year old
This telescope is the right size for a kid to start looking at the stars. You can place this telescope on a desk and gaze out the window in a comfortable position. the magnification won't give you anywhere near a real proper telescope quality but it's great to look at the moon. We tried looking at planets like Jupiter and Mars but they are but tiny dots in the sky. This telescope will ignite their interest in astronomy. ... show more

  • Smaller than I thought
It’s a good telescope for kids. The stand doesn’t extend to high, will have to put it on something to better see out off. Still getting the hang of it.

  • Kid fun
This is a great beginner's telescope . My kid has been super obsessed with all things space-related and wanting to engage their interest, I opted to get them this telescope. While there are not many stars to see in the city, they can see and study the moon. They have been enjoying going out each night and recording how the moon looks and soon we will be planning an overnight trip out of the city and hoping to see a shooting star. ... show more
