Received the bench and assembled with no problem, however had an issue when I put it in the shower and discovered a wobble due to the floor slope and fact that the middle post adjustment screw didn't reach down long enough to level the stool. I contacted Aquateak with the issue, and they immediately mailed out a longer adjustment screw (which also include rubber feet on them for better traction) and had it in 2 days! The longer adjustment screw worked flawlessly and now love this stool to put foot on while toweling off in the shower. Coated with some teak oil and am looking forward to years of continued use! ... show more

Expensive? Yes! Worth it? Yes! Easy to assemble, very sturdy, adjustable leveling feet, gorgeous wood color and super smooth finish. The only critique is the assembly instructions. While easy to follow, they are WRONG! Parts are mislabelled, and the diagram shows part letters that do not exist on the unit itself. No big deal, just use common sense. Highly recommended if you can get past the high price, but what do you expect for thick, solid TEAK? This will last for years and years to come. ... show more

We've had this in the corner of our shower for going on four years now, and it's still like new. I clean and oil it no more than once a year, and it stays beautiful. It's also solid and sturdy. Very happy with it.

I LOVE this bench. It completely finished the look in our reno master bath. We enlarged the shower area and this bench “warmed up” the back corner and just gave the shower a complete look. It was so easy to assemble, did not really need any adjustment for the legs, and as I said, just gave the shower a very finished look. The teak is a beautiful shade and I love what looks to be a “sunshine” shape to the wood seat. Did I mention I love it???? ... show more
